The screen that follows offers several ways for you to prove your identity to regain control of the Hotmail account. I have gone through all of Microsofts checklists for fixing the issue. When I sync my email on Outlook it says that everything is up to date. I can send emails from the account (Ive tested to a variety of emails) but nothing is being recieved. ![]() On the second screen, enter the address of the Hotmail account you are trying to recover, and then follow the instructions for entering the characters displayed on the screen those are there to thwart software bots hacking around the web. I have checked both Outlook on my PC and and none of my daily emails have been recieved. ![]()
